The episode starts off in Sentai footage however it then cuts to new footage of the Quantum Ranger as seen here
It the cuts back into Sentai footage of the Q-Rex.
It then cuts into new footage of the Yellow, Pink, Green and Red Rangers.
This shot is also new footage.
Even the shot of the Red Ranger calling Circuit for the zords is new footage which is unusual for this season.
This shot is another start of new footage.
It then cuts back to Sentai footage of the Q-Rex however it's the usual recycled footage fun which was also used in Timeranger Episode 29. Its tail attack is also from Episode 29 so right now they're playing footage from that episode.
You can even see the Megazord cockpit shot actually comes from Ep 29 since Red's visor in the cockpit shot is still destroyed.
After the Megazord loses its Saber, once you see the Quantum Ranger then that is when he goes into Sentai footage however the Quantum Sentai footage is actually from Episode 30.
The footage of the zord battle that plays on the Mystery Man's Monitor is Sentai footage however the Mystery Man himself is actually in new footage.
After Jen says "I think we'll have enough power to beat that thing" or something like that, it then cuts into the Ep 28 Sentai footage of the Q-Rex.
After the faraway shot of the 3 zords, it then cuts to a up-close shot of the Megazord in Mode Red which comes from Timeranger Episode 28, I believe. However once you see the Quantum Ranger again then that is when it has gone back to new footage however it then cuts back to the Sentai footage of the zords. It then goes back to new footage of Quantum before it goes right back into the Sentai footage of the zords.
This shot of the Q-Rex in Dino Mode while it is indeed still Sentai footage, it was taken from Episode 28.
Even the following shots of the explosions happening while there's a front view of the Q-Rex is also from Ep 28 as are the following shots of the Time Shadow Megazord in the air, its close-up of its Blade and its attack on the Q-Rex.
Once you see the unmorphed Rangers, it's new footage which is obvious however it then cuts back to Sentai footage of the Q-Rex.
After Trip looks around, the following left-right scroll of the city shot is Sentai footage as well.
Once you see Commandocon again, it's back to new footage however once it cuts to the next shot which is an aerial shot of a bunch of trees then that is when it goes back to Sentai footage.
The footage that plays of the Q-Rex while it's in its cave hiding place is Sentai footage which comes from Episode 29.
After Circuit says they've got to get the Quantum Morpher back, it then cuts back to Sentai footage of the Q-Rex which also comes from Episode 29.
This shot is a new exterior shot.
The vision sequence that Eric has of him leading the other 4 Rangers with various Silver Guardians at their side is Sentai footage.
Once Eric initiates his morph call code, you'll eventually see these shots:
 

which is when it goes back to Sentai footage however that instant-morph sequence actually comes from Timeranger Episode 30.
It then goes to new footage of Wes due to Jason Faunt being the one in the shot however once you see these shots:
  are when it goes back to Timeranger 30 footage however they changed the color of the special effect to purple for whatever reason and they also added what appears to be purple petals to the top of the footage too.
As the Quantum and Red Rangers are fighting, it then cuts to the forested-like area which is Sentai footage.
This shot of Red and Q is when it goes back to new footage.
Once you see this shot of Quantum then it's back to Sentai footage from Ep 30.
The following Q-Rex shots is Sentai but once you see this Silver Guardian SUV is when it goes back to new footage.
It then cuts to Sentai footage of the Q-Rex.
The following shots of the civilians running away is new footage however it then goes back to Sentai footage of the Q-Rex.
After an attack by the Q-Rex causes a big explosion, it then cuts to Commandocon in Sentai footage.
After Commandocon gives the Q-Rex more juice to the point that the Q-Rex crackles with blue lightning bolts, it then cuts back to footage of the Quantum and Red Rangers however that footage of them is also Sentai footage.
Once it cuts back to the other Rangers (the Green, Pink, Blue and Yellow ones to be precise) then that is when it goes back to new footage.
However it then cuts back to Sentai footage of the Quantum Ranger. However as soon as you see these shots of the Red Time Force Power Ranger   then that is when it goes back to new footage.
After Circuit says he's called for the Time Flyers, they've got to stop the Quantasaurus Rex, it then cuts back into new footage of the Yellow, Red, Blue and Pink Rangers while Pink is pressing a button on her wrist-worn Morpher to make it look as though she's contacting into it in order to communicate with Circuit.
It then cuts to the Sentai stock sequence of the Time Flyer on the Launch Pad in the Year 3000.
It then cuts to Sentai footage of the Red Ranger before it cuts back to the Sentai stock footage of the Trans-Warp Megazord preparing to catapult the remaining zords.
After Commandocon has been frozen, the Q-Rex Megazord reverts its mode and Eric as the Quantum Ranger jumps onto its head. After a close-up of the Quantum Ranger, the following shot of the other Rangers (with Pink holding the Capsule that she obviously put Commandocon in) is also Sentai footage.
All of that footage from then until the commercial break is Sentai footage.

Sentai footage comes from Time Episodes 28, 29 and 30 NOTE: Some of the info in regards to where I said zord clips were taken from a certain Timeranger episode may be off since I got a little confused due to all of the footage comparison in regards to it with this specific episode however regardless of the confusion, it's still Timeranger footage and that is the important detail with my guides.
