Despite the new footage, it's pretty much the same scene that happened in Timeranger, the only difference is that in Timeranger, when their Nadira recognized the Timeranger nearby, she actually said "Timeranger" when she noticed them.

Thsi group shot is Sentai footage however it goes into new footage as soon as you see Mr. Collins.
All footage of Eric in the shooting range area is new however it looks like the actual target is Sentai footage.
Once you see the exterior of the Prison Ship then that is when it goes back to Sentai footage including these shots:

The shots of the Silver Guardians by their lockers is new footage however once it cuts to the darkened footage (meaning it's very dark inside their location) then that is when it goes back to Sentai footage.
Once it cuts to the Red and Pink Rangers fighting the annoying Cyclobots, that footage is also Sentai footage.
The police cars are also Sentai footage.
The footage of this car sparking up I don't recognize it but I do believe it is Sentai footage however I do not believe it was Sentai footage that was in the counterpart Timeranger episode.
However once you see the police cars getting ready to crash and/or turn over then that is when it goes back to Sentai footage from the Univolt Timeranger episode.
This shot is when it goes back to new footage.

This shot of Cyclobots, it looks like Sentai footage based on the quality of the footage however I do not recognize it from the counterpart episode however once it cuts back to the Silver Guardians for a quick second then that means that it's back to new footage.
After various Cyclobots are taken down, once you see the Pink and Red Rangers then that is when it goes back to Sentai footage.
It then cuts to new footage of the Silver Guardians however it then cuts back to Sentai footage of the Red Ranger.
Once you see the Silver Guardians again then that is when it goes back to new footage however once it cuts back to the Rangers and Univolt fighting then that is when it goes back to Sentai footage.

Once it cuts to the other 4 Rangers then that is when it goes back to Sentai footage however once you see the Cannon-armed Red Ranger, that is when it goes back to new footage..
Once it cuts back to the Blue Ranger then that is when it goes back to Sentai footage.
Once you see the Red Ranger with his Cannon again then that is when it goes back to new footage.
Once it cuts back to Univolt then that is when it goes back to Sentai footage.
This shot is when it goes back to new footage.
Once you see the Vortex Blaster coming together via its stock footage formation sequence then that is when it goes back to Sentai footage.
It looks like the following up-close shot of the Pink Ranger is possibly recycled Sentai stock footage but it's hard to tell since it didn't come from the counterpart Timeranger ep however based on the quality of the footage, it looks to be new footage but then again I can't be too sure.
After the display screen shows that it is "Lock on" then it cuts back into new footage of the Red Ranger with his Destroyed Visor.
It then cuts back into a side shot of the 5 Rangers holding the Vortex Blaster which is when it goes back to Sentai footage.
Once you see Mr. Collins then that is another start of new footage.
However once you see the Yellow, Red and Pink Rangers together then that is when it goes back to Sentai footage however it looks like the footage in which you can see a staircase between them, it looks like it has been flipped.
After the last commercial breaks, it goes back into new footage with Frax holding the X-Vault Key while inside the American Prison Ship set.
