Here's Mantamobile in the Ship which is new footage 
Here are the Toy Vector Cycles 
Here are the Vector Cycles, 1 for each of the 5 Rangers and each color
coordinated and each has the same colored visor design than their
Rangers' visors do. 
All ground footage of Mantamobile was new until he ended up showing his
nuts and bolts which is when it went to Sentai footage.
The footage of Circuit in which he tells the Rangers about the Vortex
Blaster is also new footage however it then cuts back to Sentai footage
of the Rangers.
Any footage of Circuit calling for the zords in the Clock Tower is
always either new footage or a case of recycled American-shot footage.
