NOTE: Hanukkah (or Chanukah) is an 8-day Jeiwsh holiday which commeorates the rededication of the Holy Temple (the Second Temple) in Jerusalem at the time of the Maccabean Revolt. This holiday is observed for 8 nights which starts on the 25th day of Kislev which is according to the Hebrew calendar which will occur any time between late November to late December.

The holiday is a festival that uses a Menorah in order to light 1 each on each night of the holiday.
Hankkah/Chanukah is also typically known as the "Festival of Lights."

NOTE: Kwanza is a weeklong celebration which honors universal Africain heritage and culture which is marked by participants lighting a special candleholder (as seen above in Tanya's pictures of Kwanza stuff) which is called a "kinara." This holiday starts on December 26 and ends on January 1. The days it's celebrated never changes.
